DIPLOMA IN INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION

This program is for students with an Associate or a Bachelor’s degree who are looking to develop a solid foundation in traditional business management and administration subjects with a global mindset, the greatest asset and most critical skill in today’s international business world. Students follow classes for 9 months and then intern for 9 months at a New York City company. With start dates in January, April, July and September, the MIM DIBA program enables the students to acquire an in-depth knowledge in a concentration of their choice such as Management, Marketing, Finance or Strategy. They acquire knowledge in those concepts essential to master for a business to function properly, they familiarize themselves with the tools and gain the competences necessary to manage an organization.

 

Upon successful completion of this program, students will be able to:

 

  • Understand the regulatory, economic, and cultural implications of doing business internationally
  • Develop the skills needed to lead teams that transact international business as well as teams that are internationally based

 

DIBA students receive a Certificate of Completion from MIM which makes them eligible to apply and receive the EAE MBA degree.

Enrollment Agreement:

1. Academic Program: 540 Total Instructional Hours (9 months)
2. If chosen, followed by Advanced Internship Program: 1260 Total Internship Hours (9 months) + 90 Hours Business Capstone Class
