ABOUT Manhattan Institute of Management

WELCOME TO MIM!

Manhattan Institute of Management’s vision is to produce a new generation of internationally and technologically competent managers with strong practical and leadership skills in many business functional disciplines: marketing, management, finance, accounting, technology, human resources, and strategy. After their experience at MIM, our graduates will be able to easily navigate in today’s technology-¬driven business world and excel in an increasingly global business world.

MIM’s objective is to educate and prepare its students to successfully operate in a tech-savvy business environment. We differentiate ourselves by integrating fundamental academic knowledge with practical business and technology experiences into all our programs.

All our programs combine academic courses with an internship experience to provide a global, pragmatic, and technology conscious education that motivates students to learn and teaches them to address the technology intensive business challenges of the future.

MIM HISTORY

MIM was founded as a non-profit organization in 1984 by a group of prominent international corporate executives and entrepreneurs. The Institute, located in the heart of Financial District, has a long record of educational innovation, integrating cutting-edge business and practices with traditional business curricula.

MIM’s educational approach has always been to attract talented and motivated students and provide them with all the leadership skills to climb the ladder of corporate and entrepreneurial success. At MIM, students are the priority with dedicated MIM staff and faculty that ensures that you achieve your full academic potential while getting first hand, pragmatic professional experience during the internship. It is our desire to make your experience with us rewarding and enjoyable.

For the past 35 years, the Manhattan Institute of Management (MIM) has transformed lives by challenging students to discover their full potential and apply what they learn in daily life.

As a management institution that encompasses post-professional education, MIM strives to instill a passion for learning and set standards for excellence. With students coming from more than 20 different countries at a time, the Institute draws on the richness of Manhattan’s international character.
Students here come from all walks of life – the young and the not-so-young, those just out of college, and those busy with jobs and families. To help meet the needs of our students, MIM offers flexible class schedules that include evening sessions.

Individual attention has always been a cornerstone of the Manhattan Institute of Management education. Because our classes are small – the average class has 15 students – students receive one-on-one attention from their professors.

Today, MIM is a private post-secondary school committed to providing students with a high quality, global, and technology-driven business education. We offer our students a real opportunity to gain insight into the meaning of business success, in the New York area and around the world. In the past 35 years, over 10,000 students from more than 67 countries have stepped through the gates of MIM’s campus in Manhattan.
